どこのことだろう…ッて思ったら、BGCなんですね。
そういえばグルメな友人が
「アップタウンの方にイケてるスペイン料理屋さんがある」
といっていたんですが、おそらくここのことなんだろうなぁと。
フィリピン文化にインスパイアされたモダンキュイジーヌだそうで、
写真によるとスペイン料理なのかフィリピン料理なのかよくわかりませんが、
アジアTOP50、そしてフィリピン国内ではNo.1ということなので、
近いうちに行ってみたいなって思いました。
同じタイミングで、アジアのベスト女性シェフに、Margarita Foresさんが選ばれているそうな。

Cibo（イタリアン。ロックウェルやグロリエッタ4など）、Grace Park(ロックウェル)などなど複数のレストランを経営するシェフだそうです。
フィリピン女性はやり手が多いねぇ。
